Ginny Creel
Director of Operations
Ginny has spent the past eight plus years serving as an Office Manager in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she has played an essential role in supporting the daily operations of a busy behavioral therapy clinic. Throughout her career, she has been deeply involved in nearly every aspect of clinic management, ensuring that both staff and families receive the support they need to help children succeed.
Her responsibilities have included overseeing administrative operations, managing scheduling, coordinating communication between therapists and families, handling billing and insurance processes, supporting human resources functions, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently day to day. While her role does not involve providing direct therapy services, she takes great pride in contributing to the care and progress of the children we serve by creating an organized, supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Over the years, she has developed a strong understanding of the ABA field and the unique needs of therapy clinics. She is passionate about helping teams operate smoothly, solving problems quickly, and making sure families feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with the clinic. Her goal has always been to be a reliable backbone of the organization—someone who ensures that everything behind the scenes works seamlessly so clinicians can focus on what matters most: helping children grow and reach their full potential.
